The Aces are the start of the respective stories. Each contains all the unfiltered and unfocused potential, both good and bad, of each story, plot point, and outcome.

Card Meaning

The story of the Ace of Swords can be summed up in just two words: “double edged.” Such a powerful weapon in the right hands can be a great force for good, but in the wrong hands, can cause war and destruction. So is the energy and potential with the Ace of Swords.

When the Ace of Swords appears, it is an important reminder that the opportunity you are being presented with can have both a positive or negative outcome. Even when the energy is being directed toward good, you need to be cautious and remember that the sword cuts both ways. Pain and hatred are important parts of growth, but are you prepared to trade these experiences for what you want?

Reasoning and understanding of the Ace’s potential is very important if you are going to succeed. No decisions should be made until you are sure you understand (intellectually) the potential for good, and the potential for evil. If you can’t see both sides, it’s best not to start the journey at all. Now is not the time to be optimistic or refuse to see the damage that could come from this decision. Putting your head in the sand will guarantee disaster.

Wielded by the right hands, with a strong heart and a balance between a spiritual and intellectual mindset, the sword energy has the ability to clear out blocks, but not without some form of violence.
