Complimentary Shipping

Orders shipping to the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) with an order total over $30.00 ship free, using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on best cost by package weight. The free-shipping provider is selected by me.

Shipping Methods & Timing

I ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method is selected based on order weight, destination, and carrier availability.

• USPS Ground Advantage is used for lighter packages.
• UPS is preferred for orders over 10 lbs, or for shipments traveling across multiple shipping zones (such as to the West Coast).
• Most orders ship within 24 business hours.
• The cut-off time for possible same-day dispatch is 7:00 AM Eastern.
• Once your order is packed, I cannot make changes.

Order Processing

I ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and the occasional travel day (which I announce on the site if it affects fulfillment). Backordered or unavailable items are handled per my Refund & Return Policy (to summarize: the unavailable item is cancelled and refunded immediately, and the rest of your order ships as planned without losing your discount or free-shipping threshold).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order’s weight and the distance from my distribution center, and are visible at checkout before you pay.

Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tarot Fellow is not responsible for packages lost due to address errors or issues caused by the carrier. Shipments are insured, but refunds for lost packages depend on the outcome of a carrier insurance claim and are not guaranteed.

Stolen Packages

I deeply empathize with the frustration of a missing delivery, but Tarot Fellow is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. It’s your responsibility to ship to a secure location, particularly if you’ve had stolen-package issues in the past.

Address Changes After Shipment

Any address change after a package has shipped will incur a rerouting fee per box as charged by the carrier.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you no longer want a package you may refuse delivery, and when it comes back to me I’ll issue a refund for the merchandise cost. Original shipping and any return fees still apply. See the Refund & Return Policy for full details.

International Shipping

I’m proud of the number of global orders fulfilled here at Tarot Fellow. A few things to know:

• Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. FedEx and UPS have their own brokerage fees I have no control over, billed in addition to any duty and tax.
• Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Restrictions and additional charges may apply, and it’s your responsibility to understand what’s allowed where you live.
• International orders do not qualify for shipping subsidies such as free or discounted shipping thresholds.
• It is your responsibility to understand local, regional, and national laws about the items you purchase. You are solely responsible for packages held, lost, or destroyed at customs.

International Delivery Times

International shipments typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services. I cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments, and occasional delays are possible. Tracking is always provided.

I may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Orders are governed by the policy in effect on the day they were placed.
