How to use the Solar Plexus Chakra votive in a simple intention-setting practice.

Find a quiet spot and place the votive in a fireproof dish. Take a few slow breaths to clear your mind. Hold the included chakra card and read the Solar Plexus affirmation aloud once before you light the candle.
- Light the Candle
