How to use this kit
Use both tools together for a complete protection and cleansing ritual.
- Set your space and light the sage
Open a window or door so smoke can carry negative energy out. Hold the white sage smudge stick at a 45-degree angle and light the tip, then blow it out so it smolders. Let the smoke build for a moment before you begin.
- Smoke your space from corner to corner
Starting at the lowest point of the room, fan the smoke into each corner and move clockwise around it. Speak your intention aloud as you go. Cover doorways, windowsills, and any area that feels heavy or stuck.
- Seal the space with Holy Water
Dip your fingers or a small branch into the Holy Water and flick or sprinkle it at thresholds, corners, and any spot you smudged. Speak a word of protection as you go. The water sets a boundary the smoke opened up.
