What is coltsfoot leaf used for in magic?

Coltsfoot leaf is used in vision sachets, peace workings, and love harmony spells. Ruled by Venus and Water, it promotes inner receptivity, prophetic dreaming, and gentle emotional bonding rather than fiery attraction or rapid change.

How do I use coltsfoot leaf for prophetic dreams?

Blend coltsfoot leaf with mugwort and lavender in a purple cloth bag and place beneath your pillow at night. Set a clear intention before sleep and keep a notebook nearby to record impressions immediately upon waking each morning.

Is coltsfoot leaf used in love spells?

Yes, but coltsfoot leaf is used for peaceful, enduring love rather than passionate attraction. It suits sachets for harmony, deepening affection, or reconciliation. Pair it with rose petals and lavender in a pink sachet for best results.

Can coltsfoot be burned as incense for peace rituals?

Yes. Finely crumbled dried coltsfoot leaf mixed with chamomile and benzoin resin burns well on a charcoal disc. The smoke is used to calm a tense space, restore household peace, or create a receptive atmosphere for meditation and inner vision work.
